Checking For Change Monthly Case Clinic
Pilot boards are invited to send an e-mail with details of Checking for Change related issues (employment or service related) about which they would like an independent view, or where external advice from race equality consultant Linda Linehan would be helpful.
Please email Linda Linehan for any advice in relation to these matters.
Email responses will be given by the last day of each month for queries posted by 15th of the month.
Examples of the type of issue on which advice might be sought include:
Example 1
Board A wishes to seek advice and guidance on whether it's chosen FFA area and priority targets are sufficient to meet minimum legal requirements, and begin progress beyond Level 2 of the Checking for Change Framework "Laying the Foundations".
Example 2
Board B is unsure whether the Human Resource evidence it is proposing to offer to demonstrate making progress to Level 3 "building successful outcomes" is sufficient.
Example 3
Board C wants advice on how to build Checking for Change model framework into its strategy for making progress in the area of Service Delivery.
