A Community Development Project Manager is to be appointed in mid 2006 to
lead the development of a National Reference Forum. This Forum will be the
mechanism for the 8 national/special NHS Boards within NHS Scotland to engage
with black and minority ethnic communities on their policies and services.

NRCEMH is to publish a short review of community development in NHS Scotland
as chapter 4 of its 2006 annual report [chapter 4].
