The National Resource Centre for Ethnic Minority Health (NRCEMH) is a unit of NHS Health Scotland and supports NHS Boards to develop their cultural competence in delivering health services to black and minority ethnic groups, to reduce inequalities and to improve the health of these communities.
Our Mission
